Current Projects In The Garage
Here you will find all of our current projects. If it's in the Garage...It could be in your garage soon! All of these are available for pre-completion pre-order. That means you can choose the paint colors and options you want and WE will build it to suit your needs! It's very simple. Tell us what you want, when you want it and we will quote you a price to build it the way you want it. Once quoted there will NEVER be any upcharges or extras fee....(unless of course, you want to add extra items to the build.) Just pay a reasonable pre-negotiated price for the van you'd like and send a 50% deposit for cost of the build and we will make it happen.
1961 HotRod Metro
This is a MONSTER! 100% Frame off resto-mod Metro. All new from top to bottom!
377HP Blueprint crate motor, Mustang II independent front suspension, power steering, power Wilwood 4 wheel disc brakes, new transmission, Currie rear end, air conditioning, custom 2 tone paint, pop up serving window, whitewall radials and MUCH more! 1961 JEEP Fleetvan "Winslow"
We found this Jeep Fleetvan literally standing on a corner in Winslow Arizona! Another full frame off restoration keeping it 99% all original. The entire drivetrain is all original from the factory. Over a year went into this restoration! This is an absolutely adorable van! We have one left in our inventory that could be built for you! Tell us what you want and we will make it happen!
1961 JEEP Fleetvan "Rusty"
This has been quite a project. Extensive bodywork and rust repair. Large serving window, new glass, tires, wheels, mechanical work, interior sheetmetal fabrication and more. This van is almost done and has been a difficult build! We're happy to see how far it's come!

Pre-1969 Old School P10 True "Shortys"
We've got them! The vans everyone is looking for! Pre-69 P10s with the old school "cross bar" style grill and true "low roof" shortys. We have 2 ready to start building for you and possibly 1 or 2 more coming available soon. These are not for sale "as is" but are available to be built out the way you want. We will begin work on them soon doing body work, rust repair, mechanical repairs etc. Once all the body work is done, they'll be primered, running well and ready for paint. These won't last so if you want one we will reserve one for you with a reasonable deposit. We will post more pictures as they are available. Check back often!
We are very excited about building this Metro for a couple that wants to add this beauty to their existing Italian Gelato business. We will be doing a complete frame swap onto a late model Chevy S-10 chassis. Rebuilding engine and transmission, upgrading the electrical system, complete body and paint, glass, sinks, power inverter, extra batteries, whitewalls, baby moon hubcaps and so much more we can't list it all! We will post build pictures and maybe some video as it progresses. This is truly going to be a special van that we promise will be unlike anything CSV has ever done before! Stay tuned!
1948 IH Metro Gelato Van Build Update!
They say seeing is believing....well, here is a first look at the Gelato Metro build. We've learned a lot doing this project! Most importantly despite popular beliefs (never believe what you read online) a Chevy S-10 frame won't work for this size van. We discovered the hard way that they are much too narrow. So after buying a second donor (this time a full size Chevy truck) and shortening the frame she fit like a glove! Now this 70 year old van will be riding around on a much newer chassis with modern brakes, electrical, engine and transmission to make this a wonderful daily driver! Things are progressing at a fast pace now and we should see this build completed very soon! UPDATE: Paint is done including several coats of clear. Diamond plate, Air Conditioner, New Glass and MORE! All hand painted lettering is complete and just a few small items left and she will be ready for delivery.
